These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mycommunitycouponbook.com and any booklets, coupons, or services sold by My Community Coupon Book ("MCCB"), a brand of I-Start-Me-Up, LLC, Toms River, New Jersey. By using this site or buying a booklet, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
My Community Coupon Book is a local coupon booklet business operating in Toms River, New Jersey. We partner with local businesses ("Vendors") to offer discounts to customers ("Customers") through a printed 2"×4" coupon booklet and through this website.
2. Using the website
You may browse, purchase, and interact with the site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or resell any content without written permission
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
- Submit false or misleading information (vendor applications, purchase details, etc.)
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
3. Booklet purchases
The MCCB booklet costs $100 (plus applicable tax and processing fees where disclosed). Each booklet contains coupons redeemable at participating local Vendors, subject to the terms printed on each coupon.
Validity: Coupons are valid for 12 months from the edition date shown on the booklet. Expired coupons cannot be redeemed.
Single use: Unless otherwise stated, each coupon is valid for one visit per Vendor. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless the Vendor agrees.
Non-transferable cash value: Coupons have no cash value, are non-refundable individually, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Shipping and delivery
Booklets are mailed to the address you provide at checkout. Free local delivery is offered within the Toms River area. Nationwide shipping is available at cost, calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of order.
If your booklet doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate or send a replacement.
5. Refunds
We offer refunds on unused physical booklets within 14 days of delivery, provided the booklet is returned in original condition. Digital coupons, once delivered, are non-refundable.
If a Vendor goes out of business or cannot honor a coupon, contact us and we'll either connect you with an equivalent Vendor or issue a partial credit.
6. Vendor listings
Businesses who purchase an annual listing ("Vendors") agree to honor the coupon terms they submit for the duration of the campaign. Vendor placement is $250 per year (subject to change) and includes:
- Coupon placement in the physical booklet
- Listing on mycommunitycouponbook.com
- Social media feature across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Inclusion in the quarterly campaign rotation
Vendors are responsible for collecting any applicable sales tax on the discounted services they provide. MCCB is not responsible for disputes between Vendors and Customers over coupon redemption.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the MCCB name, logo, design, images, and copy — is the property of I-Start-Me-Up, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. The name "My Community Coupon Book" and associated branding are trademarks of I-Start-Me-Up, LLC.
8. Limitation of liability
MCCB provides the site and services "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate, but we don't guarantee Vendor availability, specific service quality, or that coupons will always be honored without friction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCCB and I-Start-Me-Up, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the booklet or website.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ocean County, New Jersey.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
